Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at niluxuryltd@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order details.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
